<p dir="ltr">I have a cheap Chromebook. Don't go that route if you're really just wanting to run Linux. Sure chrome is is basically Linux but if you are wanting more out of it you have to use a program called crouton to install Linux proper into a chroot. Sounds good right? Well it's slow as heck and still somewhat limited. Get a real laptop. There are other issues with the Chromebook route but I won't get into all of that unless you really and truly want all the boring details. </p>
