So just beware of that. I was considering switching to them, but I have still been having decent service from WOW. Currently paying $44 / mo (own my modem) for 12 Mb/s down, 2 up Mb/s. They have a 3Mb/s service and two higher service levels as well (25, 50 Mb/s).
