[LUNA] Web site framework?

I have been playing with several different CMS-type frameworks and agree
that we should use something like that. The ones that I have used are:

	Drupal
	Joomla*
	Mambo
	WordPress*
	Mediawiki*
	PHPNuke
	PostNuke

I like all of them for various reasons. The ones with the most recent
updates are marked with an asterisk (though I could be wrong). I think
we'd do better with one of them.

Mediawiki is an odd beast, but freakishly powerful!

Any other recommendations or comments?
