[LUNA] OT: Knology/Wow Way

They rose my bill the last 4 months in a row since there are no competitors
in my neighborhood. Bad, rude service, and much higher bill (by over $30
more per month than knology). additionally, they were much more expensive
on cable cards, which I was about to order.
