[LUNA] Linux and custom hardware

I don't know if any of you can help, but I thought I'd ask...

I have a project where I'm planning on using the Linux OS with some custom
FPGA hardware. If I need to use an interrupt handler for some of that, do
I need to write my own driver, or is there a easier way to make the kernel
call my interrupt handler?

Thanks,
John
