[LUNA] uefi

My Linux use has ony been on older BIOS based computers.  I have't jumped
into the UEFI/secure boot world, and I haven't stayed up-to-date on the
issues.

Whatever happened when using UEFI and Linux?  Is dual boot still an option?
Do most people disable secure boot?  If not, how do you generate your own
key?
