[LUNA] Just heard that LUNA is back!

So I was at church the other day and heard that the healthcare.gov site
was run on an old version of Linux, slackware even. Also heard they
used Pico to edit the source code.
:) Sorry - I couldn't resist (and I'm making all of the above up - for
spice I threw in politics and linux politics).
