[LUNA] xfinity

I have ATT DSL.  It is dog slow now.  I only have 1.5mbs.  I do not
think I can upgrade to 3 or 6 either.  They are switching to Uverse, but
I do not know when it will be in my area.  I live in Meridianville area.
