[LUNA] $240 laptop

Looking for opinions.  Let's say I want a lightweight/low cost laptop to
put linux on.  I am willing to go with a Celeron processor, which seems to
put me in the $200-$249 range.  There seems to be two general options.  1)
Buy a chromebook with 16GB solid state drive or 2) Buy a low end
dell/asus/toshiba laptop with Windows 8 and 500gb drive then wipe it to put
Linux on it.

What do you think?  Other options at that price point?
