[LUNA] Windows 10

I know the subject isn't directly Linux, but I would love your take on
Windows 10 privacy issues.   I am trying to separate rumors from truth.

My understanding is that Windows 10 is going the Google route on privacy.
In exchange for a 'free' operating system upgrade, they get to monitor most
everything you do for 'big data'.  Also, they seem to be able to use your
bandwidth for their own distribution.     Is that your take?
