Okay, we now have a meeting for Saturday 12 September 2015 from 2 to 3 PM in the Huntsville Library Foundation Conference Room on the second floor. We can probably handle from 5 to 12 people. If we get much more interest than that, I guess we can move to the Davis Stadium! ;-)

Please coordinate through the list as Mr. Nance has suggested, and cc me at fairless at ieee.org to make sure our numbers are okay.

Sincerely,
(Mr.) Gayle Lee Fairless

Okay, I shall try to organize a meeting with other people here and in HPCUG. Any suggestions for a topic? Maybe we could pick on somebody from the library to show up! At present it appears that an organizational meeting some Saturday afternoon at the Huntsville Library downtown is a reasonable target. How far ahead do we want to set the date to allow people to consult their schedules?

I don't mind coordinating from the list and my personal email

Sincerely,

I'm also interested in going to a meeting. My ability to attend will vary based on other priorities (family, etc).
