[LUNA] KDE Plasma

[Allen Krell]

I remember twm, loved it for years.   I think it is still in cygwin ports.
For desktops, simple is best.

Now, I am having problems with the Plasma widget panel, it is getting into
some kind of race condition on startup depending on which icon is on it.
