Please consider the option of meeting during CoWorking Night on Wednesdays at Realty Row on University/Pratt. The venue is an open forum with meeting rooms, food and lots of people that might be persuaded to attend meetings. Everything is free (though donations and corporate sponsorships are always welcome)

I'd like to be the first to say the inevitable, "but Slack isn't free
software!" How about Mattermost, RocketChat, IRC, Matrix/Riot, xmpp,
gnusocial/Mastodon, or even just the mailing list.

Of course I can't make it, so I should probably be ignored.
