I am using OptiUPS, available @ NewEgg, mine are 575 VA, about $55.00 
shipped last I looked. They use a std. battery available locally here in 
HSV (I replaced one recently, month or 2) .... mine are 'Value Series' 
575C's, they have others as well .... I have bought a total of 8 of 
them, had good luck w/ them, although the dude @ the battery place said 
he liked APC's better .... YMMV & all that rot ....
