[LUNA] Satellite Internet

I would agree with Allen that it is worse, at least in Madison. I have been
with AT&T for almost 4 years on their 1.5Mb DSL service. In the past year I
have noticed it getting slower, and I recently had to upgrade to the 3Mb
circuit to get the same performance I was getting previously. I don't have
a Comcast option (WOW has a monopoly in the city limits) and I have been so
unimpressed by them from a consumer and business standpoint that I want
nothing to do with them (we have their phone service at work).

I remember reading somewhere that AT&T said that their U-Verse buildout was
complete and they aren't planning on expanding it anytime soon. I live in a
neighborhood of 300 houses near downtown Madison and our subdivision
doesn't have it.
