My latest saga with WoWWay

I had an old grandfathered Knology plan which consistently gave me 12-15
Mbit/sec.    Now, WoWay seems to be pressuring me to switch plans by
throttling me back to 3-4 MBit/sec.

Oh well, I guess the discounted ride is finally over.
