[LUNA] Wowway service ....

.... I am having issues this A.M. w/ Wowway apparently trying to insert 
pop-ups whenever U navigate to a new URL in my browser. I had this issue 
when I first signed up a couple of months ago, then it went away. Anyone 
else seeing this ? TIA & have a good one.
