[LUNA] Wowway service ....

Wowway uses javascript injection into HTTP (obviously not HTTPS) connection
attempts to notify customers of things they deem important. From what I've
seen, this ranges from network maintenance issues to account issues.
Normally, it stops showing the message once you've clicked the continue
button, but I find connection hijacking unacceptable in any case.
