[LUNA] KDE Plasma

I used to use KDE exclusively back in the KDE2 days, but I had the same
complaint then as I do now:

If I discover a network resource in the file manager (smb/cifs/fish/etc),
that information is not available to the command line, only though
applications that understand KIO.  At least with Gnome and gvfs-fuse you
can mount a network resource and reach it from bash/zsh/etc via
~/.gvfs/<resource name>.
